CL7G Dimensions

Your sauna is an investment in wellness, relaxation, and elevated living. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all sauna orders are carefully coordinated and shipped via specialized LTL freight carriers with scheduled delivery appointments.

Most in-stock models are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Due to the handcrafted nature and popularity of many of our sauna collections, inventory levels can fluctuate. If a model is temporarily out of stock or built to order, lead times typically range from 4–8 weeks, though timing may vary by manufacturer and model. If your project is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order for the most current availability and estimated delivery timeline.

Saunas are delivered on a pallet via curbside freight service. The carrier will unload the shipment to ground level, and a responsible adult must be present to inspect and accept delivery.

If your property has unique access considerations or delivery requirements, our team is happy to discuss them in advance. We take a personalized, concierge-style approach to every order and are available throughout the process to provide updates, answer questions, and help ensure a successful delivery experience from purchase to installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Saunalife saunas require a 220–240V hardwired connection with a dedicated breaker. Dedicated 120V is also required for accessories such as lighting and controls.  We recommend confirming the exact amperage and wire size with your electrician based on the heater model.

Your sauna arrives as a DIY kit, securely packed on a large pallet and delivered via LTL freight. The driver will lower it to the ground at the curb (curbside delivery) and contact you in advance to schedule a convenient drop-off time. From there, you can move the individual panels to your build site — most pieces are easy to handle with two people.

Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to ensure a smooth delivery. At the driver’s discretion, your sauna may be placed inside a nearby garage. Most saunas can be fully assembled by two people in less than a day, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions.

Every Saunalife sauna is protected by a Lifetime Warranty covering the cabin structure and non-electrical components.

Heater warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and vary by brand:

Harvia: 2 years residential warranty

HUUM: Limited 3-year residential warranty (excluding heating elements)
