Refund policy

We appreciate your business and will strive to do everything possible to make your purchase a pleasurable one

This Policy supersedes any other verbal or written statements concerning Cancellation and Returns.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 business day of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies. After this window, the order is considered "shipped" and will follow our standard Return Policy below

Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. The original cost to ship will also be deducted from the refund amount. Further deductions will be made if goods returned are in a depreciated condition, damaged, or if re-crating or repackaging is necessary.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on uncrated, assembled, or used saunas or cold plunges under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping expenses 
  • Ensuring that the merchandise is in new condition
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer’s information
  • Merchandise must be unopened.

We are not responsible for your return shipments, so we highly recommend that you use a reputable shipping company and purchase insurance for your return package. Returns are only accepted from orders sent to the United States and Canada.

No returns for refunds or exchanges shall be granted after 10 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required on all returns. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number simply email info@nwimmersion.com with a full description and reason for return. You will be notified of your “RMA” number.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

The following items are non-returnable: electrical parts, previously installed equipment, buckets and ladles, back and head rests, aromatherapy oils and towels.

If an item delivered by a commercial shipping company is refused for any reason other than damage or shipping error, the item shall be treated as a Return and will follow our standard Return Policy below.

Orders for pre-cut sauna kits, pre-built sauna rooms, Signature Saunas, custom saunas & steam generators can only be cancelled within the same business day of order and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 3 days to report damages and provide detailed photos.
  • For warranty issues, we will assist in resolving the problem or obtaining a replacement through the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products or items manufactured to your specifications.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Replacement parts. 
  • Sauna wood products.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged and cannot be resold.

Inspection and Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product within 5–7 business days.
  • If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
