The Golden Designs Sundsvall ships as a DIY sauna kit via LTL freight. Delivery is curbside, and the freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. The sauna ships on a pallet in 7 boxes with a shipping weight of approximately 575 lbs.

Once delivered, the individual boxes can be moved to the installation area. Most customers use two people to move panels and components safely.

Warranty

Golden Designs saunas include 5 years of coverage on the wood structure, control panel, control-panel harnesses, and interior lights from the original date of purchase when properly maintained.
