Not for Fully Exposed Outdoor Use
The Osla should not be installed in a fully exposed outdoor location. Direct rain, snow, prolonged sunlight, wind-driven moisture, and harsh weather exposure may damage the wood, electrical components, and overall structure.
This sauna requires a protected environment for long-term performance and warranty eligibility.
Electrical Requirements
The Osla requires professional electrical installation by a licensed electrician.
General electrical planning:
- 240V dedicated circuit for the 8kW sauna heater
- 120V dedicated circuit for lighting, audio, and accessories
- Licensed electrician required
- Final breaker size, wire size, GFCI requirements, disconnect, and local code compliance must be confirmed by your electrician
- Indoor or covered outdoor installation location should be planned before electrical work begins
We recommend reviewing the installation manual with your electrician before delivery so wiring, placement, access, and code requirements can be planned correctly.
Assembly & Installation
The Golden Designs Osla arrives as a modular sauna kit for on-site assembly. It is designed to be assembled by two or more capable adults with standard tools, or by a local contractor, handyman, or sauna assembler.
Assembly is not included with standard delivery.
For best results, prepare the installation site before the sauna arrives. The sauna should be placed on a flat, level, dry, load-bearing surface with proper clearance around the unit and access for electrical work.
