Important Delivery Information

The G3 is a substantial freight shipment weighing approximately 1,900 lbs. Delivery access, unloading equipment, and carrier capabilities should be confirmed before your scheduled appointment.

Liftgate service is subject to the freight carrier's equipment capacity and delivery conditions. Do not assume that a standard liftgate can unload the complete G3 crate.

If appropriate unloading equipment is unavailable, an approved alternative unloading arrangement may be necessary. Any manual unloading must be coordinated with the carrier in advance and performed by a capable team, one manageable component at a time, where permitted.

The driver is not responsible for manually unloading the shipment or moving components to your final installation location.

Coverage & Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties generally exclude normal wear, expected wood movement, natural weathering, cosmetic changes, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Labor, transportation, removal, and reinstallation expenses may not be covered.

Proper site preparation, roof installation, ventilation, and routine maintenance are important for preserving the sauna's condition and long-term performance.
