Most in-stock models are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

If a model is temporarily out of stock or built to order, lead times typically range from 4–8 weeks, though timing may vary by manufacturer and model. If your project is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order for the most current availability and estimated delivery timeline.

Saunas are delivered on a pallet via curbside freight service. The carrier will unload the shipment to ground level, and a responsible adult must be present to inspect and accept delivery.
