Premium Scheduled Freight Delivery — $950

Your Sauna ships via scheduled freight delivery, with a $950 flat rate within the contiguous United States. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, so please provide your complete shipping address and the best phone number for scheduling.

Curbside Delivery with Ground-Level Unloading

Your sauna arrives as an unassembled kit on a wooden pallet. The driver lowers the shipment to ground level at the curbside delivery location.

Moving the kit to your backyard or assembly area, unpacking, and installation are arranged separately. Plan ahead for assistance and access to your installation site.

Availability & Delivery Planning

Contact NW Immersion for current inventory and estimated shipping timing, especially if your project has a specific deadline.

Remote locations or challenging delivery conditions may require additional charges.

SaunaLife Five-Year Limited Residential Warranty

Under SaunaLife’s current limited warranty, sauna rooms and kits receive five years of coverage from the date of delivery for the original retail purchaser buying through an authorized reseller.

Coverage applies to qualifying workmanship defects under normal residential use. SaunaLife determines whether an eligible component will be repaired or replaced.

Coverage & Exclusions

Normal wear, natural wood weathering, expected wood movement, misuse, and installation or delivery damage are excluded. Labor and related removal, installation, or replacement expenses are also excluded.

Commercial use, unauthorized repairs, and certain alterations can invalidate the warranty. Your heater, controls, and additional components have separate coverage.
