A Striking Outdoor Retreat Designed to Bring People Together

The SaunaLife CL7GB transforms traditional Finnish sauna bathing into an extraordinary shared wellness experience. Combining a dramatic black exterior, expansive full-height bronze-glass front, and beautifully crafted natural wood interior, this premium six-person sauna brings contemporary Scandinavian architecture and timeless Nordic tradition into perfect balance.

Part of SaunaLife's Cube Luxury Series, the CL7GB is thoughtfully engineered for exceptional comfort, generous interior space, and lasting outdoor performance.

Sophisticated Black Architecture. Timeless Nordic Character.

The CL7GB makes a bold architectural statement with its distinctive rounded Cube silhouette and sophisticated black exterior.

Included with the sauna are two 2.7-liter containers of PROSAUNAS SaunaShield Black Sauna Paint, specially formulated for exterior sauna applications.

Designed to accommodate the natural expansion and contraction of wood through changing temperatures and weather conditions, this protective coating creates a rich black finish when properly applied during assembly.

The contrast between the black exterior, expansive bronze-tinted glass, and warm natural wood interior brings a beautifully refined presence to contemporary backyards, mountain retreats, and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor spaces.

Designed to Bring People Together

One of the CL7GB's most distinctive features is its spacious face-to-face bench arrangement.

Rather than seating everyone along a single wall, opposing Thermo-Aspen benches create an inviting atmosphere for conversation, connection, and shared relaxation.

With comfortable seating for up to six bathers and generous interior proportions, this sauna is ideal for family wellness rituals, gatherings with friends, or couples who appreciate extra space.

Its remarkable 85.5-inch interior height enhances the open, welcoming atmosphere, making every session feel beautifully unhurried.

Full-Height Glass. Beautifully Connected to Nature.

The CL7GB features an expansive full-height tempered-glass front that creates a bright, open atmosphere while maintaining the warmth and intimacy of traditional sauna bathing.

Beautiful bronze-tinted glass welcomes natural light and frames views of your garden, forest, mountain landscape, or private backyard sanctuary.

The combination of dramatic black architecture and expansive glass creates a sophisticated connection between your indoor sauna experience and the natural world beyond.

Exceptional Ergonomic Comfort

Every detail of the CL7GB has been thoughtfully considered for relaxation.

Premium Thermo-Aspen benches provide silky-smooth, knot-free seating surfaces, while gently curved backrests offer supportive ergonomic comfort.

The opposing bench configuration offers generous seating space and comfortable positioning for shared sauna sessions.

Beautiful natural wood, spacious proportions, and thoughtfully arranged seating work together to create an inviting sanctuary for extended moments of rest and connection.

Premium Nordic Wood, Naturally Refined

The CL7GB is constructed from premium thermally modified Nordic Spruce, carefully selected for its natural beauty, stability, and suitability for outdoor sauna environments.

Substantial 42mm side walls and 28mm front and rear wall components create a durable enclosure engineered for lasting performance.

The chemical-free thermal modification process enhances the wood's dimensional stability and resistance to moisture-related movement while preserving its natural warmth and distinctive grain.

Inside, silky-smooth Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests create an elegant contrast with the surrounding Thermo-Spruce construction.

Thoughtfully Engineered for Outdoor Living

The CL7GB combines sophisticated design with functional construction for long-term outdoor enjoyment.

A complete shingle roofing system with protective drip rails helps manage rainfall, while heavy-duty stainless steel bands and foundation cradles support the sauna's distinctive Cube structure.

Integrated ventilation provisions support proper airflow, and the included SaunaShield Black Sauna Paint provides an additional protective exterior coating when correctly applied.

With appropriate site preparation, installation, and ongoing maintenance, the CL7GB creates a beautiful outdoor wellness retreat for changing seasons.

Lighting That Complements Every Ritual

The CL7GB includes premium white LED lighting that softly illuminates its natural wood interior and enhances the peaceful atmosphere.

The smooth, dotless illumination provides an inviting glow that complements the sauna's warm materials and architectural design.

WiFi-enabled smartphone operation, adjustable dimming, and an included wireless handheld remote allow you to personalize the lighting for refreshing morning sessions or peaceful evenings spent unwinding.

Authentic Finnish Heat, Personalized to You

Complete your CL7GB with a compatible traditional sauna heater package selected for its spacious interior and heating requirements.

Choose an appropriately configured electric heating system with traditional or WiFi-enabled controls. A compatible wood-burning installation may also be considered where the selected stove, chimney, clearances, and local regulations permit.

With properly heated sauna stones, enjoy enveloping warmth and the timeless Finnish ritual of löyly—the soothing steam created by pouring water over the stones.

The result is a beautifully considered outdoor sanctuary where bold Scandinavian architecture, shared wellness, and authentic Finnish sauna tradition come together.

Prepare Your Space for the Perfect Sauna Experience

Proper site preparation is essential for a safe, efficient, and long-lasting sauna installation. A well-planned foundation, adequate clearances, and appropriate heating and ventilation provisions help ensure optimal performance and years of enjoyment.

Foundation & Placement

  • Stable, Level Surface: Install the sauna on a firm, level, load-bearing foundation capable of supporting the sauna structure, heater, stones, and occupants.
  • Suitable Foundation: Depending on site conditions and manufacturer requirements, suitable foundations may include a concrete pad, properly installed pavers, a reinforced deck, or a properly compacted crushed gravel base with stable support beneath the structural foundation cradles.
  • Proper Drainage: Allow water to drain away from the sauna foundation. Avoid areas prone to standing water or flooding.
  • Adequate Clearances: Provide appropriate space around and above the sauna for assembly, safe heater operation, ventilation, painting, and maintenance.
  • Delivery Access: Plan an accessible route for transporting the large sauna components from curbside delivery to the prepared installation location.

Electrical & Heater Requirements

  • Dedicated Circuit: Electric sauna heater packages require a properly sized dedicated electrical circuit based on the selected system.
  • Licensed Electrician: All electrical connections must be completed by a qualified, licensed electrician according to current electrical codes and manufacturer instructions.
  • Lighting & Controls: Plan for the included LED lighting system and any optional WiFi heater controls.
  • Heater Clearances: Maintain all manufacturer-required clearances between the heater, benches, walls, glass, and other components.
  • Wood-Burning Installations: If choosing an approved wood-burning configuration, follow all stove, chimney, combustion-air, ventilation, fire-clearance, and local permitting requirements.

Ventilation & Weather Protection

  • Proper Airflow: Keep the manufacturer's ventilation openings unobstructed.
  • Weather Exposure: Consider prevailing winds, precipitation, snow accumulation, and drainage.
  • Protective Roofing: Install the complete shingle roofing system according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Exterior Painting: Apply the included SaunaShield Black Sauna Paint according to the manufacturer's surface preparation, coating, drying, and curing instructions.
  • Local Requirements: Review building codes, electrical requirements, property setbacks, permits, and applicable HOA restrictions.

Assembly & Installation

The SaunaLife CL7GB arrives as a precision-crafted outdoor sauna kit requiring on-site assembly and exterior painting.

Because of its substantial dimensions and weight, a prepared installation team is recommended, and professional assembly may be preferable for challenging locations.

Review the sauna installation manual and black-paint instructions before beginning. Electric heater installations require a licensed electrician.

Before Your Sauna Arrives

Confirm that your foundation is complete, freight access has been evaluated, required permits have been addressed, and electrical or stove installation work has been planned.

Allow sufficient time for assembly, exterior painting, and manufacturer-required drying and curing before your first sauna session.
