After doing lots of research, we landed on the CL3G Cube sauna with the Huum Drop heater. The staff was professional and answers your message very quickly! They even made an accommodation to stop by their showroom so we can see them before we purchased. Support after delivery was also exceptional! Would highly recommend!

We absolutely adore our outdoor sauna. It's been a fun addition to our lifestyle and a nice experience to share with friends. The kit went together quick. The only part we had to purchase separately was a graphite rope to help with the exhaust seal on the stove, which helped significantly.

I love this sauna, but what specially made me want to write a review is the customer service. I was having trouble communicating with a few other sauna companies, and with NW I got on the phone with one of the business owners. She answered all the questions I had about the electrical and setup for this sauna, so grateful and highly recommend!

Between the manual and some online videos, a buddy and I were able to get this sauna together within a few days. I recommend you have a large area to lay the parts out and best if the weather is clear. Very pleased with the results and have had friends over to enjoy it as well which is awesome!
