Most in-stock models are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Due to the handcrafted nature and popularity of many of our sauna collections, inventory levels can fluctuate. If a model is temporarily out of stock or built to order, lead times typically range from 4–8 weeks, though timing may vary by manufacturer and model. If your project is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order for the most current availability and estimated delivery timeline.

Please note: the CL12GCP is a large freight shipment and is delivered by flat-bed truck to the U.S. 48 states. Offloading and transport of this product will require special equipment in the form of a forklift or crane. The truck driver is not responsible for unloading; please arrange assistance for offload.
