The Patio S is delivered via scheduled premium freight service directly to your residence, project site, or installation location. Each sauna is carefully prepared and professionally packaged to help ensure it arrives securely and in excellent condition.

Important Delivery & Unloading Requirement

Because the Patio S is an oversized freight shipment, delivery planning is very important. This model ships in a large, heavy crate and requires a forklift, manual hand unloading, or another approved unloading arrangement at delivery. Standard freight delivery is typically curbside and does not include backyard placement, assembly, unpacking, or moving the sauna to its final location.

Depending on the delivery location, carrier equipment, truck type, and site access, a forklift may be needed on site to offload the crate. If forklift unloading is not available, the sauna may need to be manually hand unloaded, meaning the crate may be opened and the sauna components removed from the truck or trailer piece by piece by your crew or hired help.

Please plan ahead to have appropriate unloading equipment or several capable people available on delivery day to safely receive, unload, move, or stage the sauna components as needed.

Scheduled Premium Freight Service: The applicable freight charge will be added in your cart and clearly displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

When inventory is available, most orders ship within approximately 3–5 business days. Due to the limited production nature and international demand for the award-winning Patio Collection, select configurations and upgrades may occasionally require extended lead times.

If a unit is temporarily out of stock, upcoming production shipments may require an additional 6–8 weeks or longer, depending on manufacturing schedules and overseas transit availability.

For time-sensitive projects, custom builds, or architectural installations, we recommend contacting our team prior to purchase to confirm current inventory, production availability, unloading requirements, delivery access, and estimated timelines for your preferred configuration.
