Important Delivery Note: The Leil Patio M is a large, oversized sauna kit that ships by flatbed freight. Because of the size and weight of the crate, a forklift, crane, approved unloading equipment, or manual hand unloading plan is required at the time of delivery. Standard freight delivery does not include unloading equipment, backyard placement, unpacking, assembly, or moving the sauna to its final location.

If you choose a Wi-Fi heater package, confirm that your sauna location has a strong internet connection or plan for a Wi-Fi extender, outdoor access point, or point-to-point connection.

Oversized Flatbed Freight Delivery: $1500

The Leil Patio M is a large, heavy sauna kit that ships by freight on a crate/pallet. Because of the size and weight of the crate, delivery requires planning before the sauna arrives.

The Patio M must be delivered by flatbed freight or another suitable freight method, and unloading must be arranged in advance.

Forklift, Crane, or Manual Unloading Required

A forklift, crane, or approved unloading equipment is required for successful delivery. In most cases, the customer is responsible for providing this equipment.

If a forklift or crane is not available, the crate may need to be opened and unloaded manually by a contractor, installation crew, or capable team. Manual hand unloading must be planned ahead of time and should only be done with enough people to safely move the components.

The forklift or unloading crew must be on site at the scheduled delivery time. The freight truck cannot leave the crate in the driveway without a safe way to unload it from the flatbed.
