Your SaunaLife S4N ships in protective wood crating with scheduled curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States.

The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery includes unloading the shipment to ground level at the curb.

Plan for Final Placement

Moving the tub from the delivery location to its prepared foundation, unpacking, and installation are your responsibility. Arrange suitable equipment or help in advance.

Remote locations, restricted access, or unusual delivery conditions may require an additional freight quote. Contact NW Immersion before ordering if your property has access limitations.

SaunaLife Two-Year Limited Residential Warranty

The SaunaLife S4N is covered by a two-year limited residential warranty, beginning on delivery and applying to the original retail purchaser buying through an authorized dealer.

The warranty covers qualifying workmanship defects under normal use. SaunaLife determines whether an eligible component will be repaired or replaced.

Coverage & Exclusions

Normal wear, natural wood aging and weathering, misuse, improper alterations, and harsh-chemical damage are excluded. Labor and related removal, installation, or replacement expenses are not covered. Commercial use is excluded under the current warranty.
