Wood-Fired Warmth. Modern Black Finish. Your Outdoor Escape.

The SaunaLife S4B 6 Person Wood-Fired Hot Tub brings Nordic bathing traditions to a beautifully modern backyard setting. Its black Thermo-Spruce exterior and contoured black fiberglass interior create a cohesive look that pairs naturally with contemporary landscaping, outdoor saunas, and thoughtfully designed wellness spaces.

Designed for up to six bathers, the S4B offers an inviting place to unwind, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. The included stainless steel wood-burning heater warms the water without an electrical connection, making the tub an appealing option for a properly prepared backyard retreat or cabin property.

The pleasure is in the ritual: preparing the fire, watching the evening settle, and stepping into warm water beneath the open sky. Whether you’re enjoying quiet time alone or gathering with friends, the S4B turns an ordinary evening into something worth making time for.

Handcrafted in Northern Europe, the tub arrives assembled with matching black wood steps, an insulated folding cover, and chimney components included. A smooth fiberglass basin and integrated drain simplify cleaning and emptying.

A Modern Take on Traditional Outdoor Bathing

The SaunaLife S4B combines the atmosphere of a wood-fired soak with a striking black finish. Its round layout creates a welcoming setting for shared relaxation, while the contoured interior offers a comfortable place to settle in.

The integrated stove circulates water naturally as it heats, drawing cooler water through a lower channel and returning warmed water through an upper channel. The standard configuration operates without an electrical hookup.

Choose the S4B for an outdoor wellness space where design, simplicity, and the experience of tending a wood fire matter equally.

Refined Black Design

The black wood surround, coordinating steps, and black interior create a unified look that complements modern outdoor spaces.

Authentic Wood-Fired Experience

Preparing the fire becomes part of the experience—a simple transition from a busy day to time spent relaxing outdoors.

Comfortable Seating for Six

The contoured basin accommodates up to six bathers, with room for family gatherings or more spacious solo and couples’ soaks.

No Electrical Hookup Required

Wood-fired heating gives you flexibility when choosing a suitable location without running electrical service for the standard tub.

Essentials Included

The heater, steps, insulated cover, and chimney components come with the package, simplifying your purchase.

No. The standard wood-fired configuration heats and circulates water without an electrical connection.

Yes. The integrated stainless steel wood-burning heater, chimney, and chimney cap are included.

SaunaLife estimates approximately 1.5–2 hours to heat water from 40°F to 95°F. Weather, starting water temperature, firewood, and fire management affect actual heating time.

Thermo-Spruce is heat-modified spruce selected for outdoor durability and dimensional stability. The S4B’s wood surround is 1.65 inches thick. Regular exterior care is still required.

The tub arrives assembled. Unpacking, positioning, leveling, and final component setup are required before filling and heating.

Have a qualified professional confirm that the deck can support the tub, water, and occupants. The location must also meet fire clearances and local requirements.

Follow the manual for cleaning and water care. Clean after use and maintain the exterior wood with a suitable treatment as directed. Avoid abrasive cleaners and chlorine-based cleaning solutions.

In freezing conditions, drain the tub and stove after use and leave the drain valve open. Always wait until the fire and embers are fully extinguished before draining.
