Everything You Need for Authentic Löyly

The coordinated bucket and ladle make it easy to keep water near your sauna heater and add controlled amounts to the stones throughout your sauna session.

Made in Finland

The Pisara collection reflects Finnish sauna tradition and modern Scandinavian design, making it a natural addition to traditional home saunas and contemporary wellness spaces.

Durable UPM Formi Biocomposite

Rento uses UPM Formi, a Finnish biocomposite made from renewable pulp fibers and clean plastic polymers. The material is durable, recyclable, and well suited to the heat and humidity found inside a sauna.

5-Liter Sauna Water Bucket

With a 5L capacity, the bucket holds plenty of water for multiple rounds of löyly without becoming excessively large or cumbersome.

Matching Sauna Ladle Included

Unlike sauna buckets sold separately from their ladles, the Pisara includes a coordinating sauna ladle for a complete, ready-to-use set.

Convenient Ladle Storage

The straight multi-purpose handle provides a convenient place to rest the ladle when it isn't being used, helping keep your sauna organized.

Comfortable in Sauna Heat

The natural-fiber composite is designed to remain pleasant to the touch in the heated sauna environment.

Clean Scandinavian Style

The minimalist drop-shaped design works beautifully with traditional cedar interiors as well as modern sauna designs.

Complete the Pisara Sauna Collection

Pair with the Rento Pisara Sauna Basin

Create a coordinated Finnish sauna accessory collection by pairing your bucket and ladle with the Rento Pisara Sauna Basin.

Made from the same durable biocomposite and designed with the same clean Scandinavian aesthetic, the Pisara Basin is a versatile 8.5-liter sauna basin that can be used to hold additional water or as a sauna foot bath.

A warm or cool foot soak can be a relaxing addition to your wellness ritual before, during, or after your sauna session. Use warm water for a soothing foot bath or cool water for a refreshing contrast after heating up in the sauna.

The matching Pisara Basin is an especially beautiful addition when creating a complete sauna accessory setup or giving a sauna-themed wellness gift.

How to Use a Sauna Bucket & Ladle

1. Fill the Pisara sauna bucket with clean water.
2. If desired, add a properly diluted sauna fragrance to the water.
3. Use the ladle to scoop a small amount of water.
4. Carefully pour the water over hot sauna stones.
5. Allow the resulting steam and wave of heat to move through the sauna.
6. Repeat as desired throughout your sauna session.
7. Empty and dry the bucket after use.

Always follow your sauna heater manufacturer's instructions regarding the use of water on sauna stones.

Create Traditional Finnish Löyly

Löyly is the Finnish term commonly associated with the steam and wave of heat created when water is poured over hot sauna stones.

Adding small amounts of water to the stones temporarily increases humidity and changes how the heat feels against the skin, creating the rich, enveloping sauna experience associated with traditional Finnish bathing.

A dedicated sauna water bucket and ladle makes it easier to control the amount of water added to your heater while keeping fresh water conveniently within reach.

Care Instructions

Proper care helps keep your Rento Pisara sauna accessories looking beautiful.

• Empty all remaining water after each sauna session.
• Allow the bucket and ladle to dry between uses.
• Do not leave the products sitting in a hot, humid sauna for extended periods.
• Clean as needed with mild soapy water.
• Use a soft sponge or brush for cleaning.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.

The same care recommendations can be used for the coordinating Rento Pisara Sauna Basin.
