Ventilation & Safety Requirements
The SaunaLife TITAN SL1 is a propane gas sauna heater and must be used only in properly ventilated sauna spaces according to the official installation and operation manual.
Required ventilation includes:
- Ventilation Intake: Fixed open, 52 sq. in.
- Ventilation Exhaust: Fixed open to outdoors, 39 sq. in.

- Follow all manufacturer instructions
- Maintain all required clearances
- Do not block intake or exhaust ventilation
- Use only propane LP fuel
- Do not operate without required sauna stones
- Keep combustible materials away from the heater

Clearances
The TITAN SL1 has a listed safety distance of 6" from the stone cage to combustible materials.
With the compatible heat shield, the listed safety distance is reduced to 4" from the stone cage to combustible materials.
