CL7G Dimensions

The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary require delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Saunalife saunas require a 220–240V hardwired connection with a dedicated breaker. Dedicated 120V is also required for accessories such as lighting and controls.  We recommend confirming the exact amperage and wire size with your electrician based on the heater model.

Your sauna arrives as a DIY kit, securely packed on a large pallet and delivered via LTL freight. The driver will lower it to the ground at the curb (curbside delivery) and contact you in advance to schedule a convenient drop-off time. From there, you can move the individual panels to your build site — most pieces are easy to handle with two people.

Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to ensure a smooth delivery. At the driver’s discretion, your sauna may be placed inside a nearby garage. Most saunas can be fully assembled by two people in less than a day, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions.

Every Saunalife sauna is protected by a Lifetime Warranty covering the cabin structure and non-electrical components.

Heater warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and vary by brand:

HUUM: Limited 3-year residential warranty (excluding heating elements)
