The Leil Viva 120 is delivered via scheduled premium freight service directly to your residence, project site, or installation location for a seamless delivery experience. Each sauna is carefully prepared and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives securely and in pristine condition.

When inventory is available, most orders ship within approximately 3–5 business days. Due to the limited production nature and international demand for the award-winning Viva Collection, select configurations and upgrades may occasionally require extended lead times.

If a unit is temporarily out of stock, upcoming production shipments may require an additional 6–8 weeks or longer, depending on manufacturing schedules and overseas transit availability.

Each sauna arrives as a complete premium DIY sauna kit and includes all essential structural components, roofing materials, hardware, and finishing details required for installation.

This sauna includes a two-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage that occurs prior to transportation. The warranty does not cover natural wood variations such as color changes, knots, or cracking, normal wear and tear, improper assembly or installation, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events including natural disasters or war.
