Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary scheduled freight delivery is included within the 48 contiguous United States. For deliveries outside the lower 48, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule an appointment, with an estimated four-hour delivery window.
- Your sauna ships on a pallet or in multiple boxes via LTL freight.
- Delivery is made by a full-size freight truck with a single driver. The driver can only unload curbside or at an accessible end of the driveway.
- Indoor placement, on-site transport beyond the truck, assembly, and installation are excluded from freight delivery. Placement inside a garage is not guaranteed.
- An adult must be present at the scheduled delivery time to receive the shipment.
- Contact us before ordering if your delivery location has narrow roads, a long or steep driveway, low hanging branches, stairs, gates, or is remote/on an island or otherwise has limited access.
- Please prepare your delivery area in advance and arrange help to move components from the curb/driveway to your installation site.
- Inspect and count all boxes and take photos before signing the delivery receipt; note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect for damage.
- If you notice severe damage, contact NW Immersion immediately or refuse the shipment if we cannot be reached.
- Report any damage promptly and retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
