How the Dealer Program Works
The process is designed to keep ordering straightforward while giving NW Immersion and each dealer control over the products included in their partnership.
1. Get approved as an NW Immersion dealer
Start by getting in touch and telling us about your business. We'll review your information and discuss the products you're interested in offering.
2. Access your dealer products and pricing
Once approved and set up, you'll be able to log in to your dealer account and view the products available to you, along with your wholesale pricing and current inventory.
3. Place an order for your customer
Choose the products your customer needs and place the order through your account. Enter the end customer's address as the shipping destination.
4. Pay by invoice
Dealer orders use invoice payment via ACH, keeping the normal ordering process straightforward without requiring credit card payment.
5. We ship directly to your customer
NW Immersion fulfills the order to the customer's shipping address. You can then relay the shipment and tracking information to your customer while maintaining your relationship with them.

Yes. Approved dealers can access wholesale pricing for the products assigned to their dealer account. Your available products and applicable dealer pricing are shown when you log in.
No. NW Immersion supports direct-to-customer fulfillment. You can place an order using the end customer's shipping address without first receiving and reshipping the product themselves.
Yes. Enter your customer's address as the shipping destination when placing the order, and NW Immersion can fulfill it directly to that address. You remain the dealer working with the customer.
Approved dealers receive an account where they can view their available products, wholesale pricing, and inventory before placing an order directly through the NW Immersion website.
Dealer orders are normally paid by invoice via ACH. Payment information and instructions are provided as part of the dealer ordering process.
