What Makes Saunum Different?

Climate Equalization, Not Just Heat

Most electric sauna heaters create heat and rely on natural convection to move that heat through the room. Saunum goes further by integrating a climate equalizing system directly into the heater design.

The Air 5’s fan system draws hot air from the upper sauna room and cooler air from the lower sauna room, blends the two, and circulates the more balanced air back into the cabin. This helps reduce the sharp temperature difference between upper and lower bench levels and creates a more consistent sauna environment.

Saunum Manufacturer Warranty

The Saunum Air 5 Sauna Heater with Climate Equalizer is backed by Saunum’s manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and assembly for the applicable warranty period. If the device is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Saunum’s recommended repair partners may repair or replace the device or defective component under the warranty terms.

For private residential sauna use, the Saunum climate device warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. For public sauna use, the warranty period is 1 year.

Warranty coverage requires that the device be installed properly, including connection to the power network by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable regulations. A completed installation report must also be submitted with any warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, transport risks, damage from accidents or external factors, or breakage caused by the use of stones or salt orbs not recommended by Saunum. Heating elements and salt are also excluded from warranty coverage.
