Because of the size and weight of the sauna, customers should ensure adequate access for delivery and plan for final placement upon arrival. Most orders ship within the manufacturer’s current lead time and tracking information is provided once your sauna is in transit.

Golden Design Saunas include 5 years of coverage on the wood structure (when properly maintained), the control panel, control-panel harnesses, and interior lights from the original date of purchase.

The stove/heater is covered separately under the manufacturer’s own applicable warranty.
